As a BDM you will be representing Dedicated Companies to potential new clients, facilitating new relationships, and growing the business.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and sales presentations.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the software industry.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present ideas to clients and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated strategic planning abilities to identify market opportunities and drive business growth.
