Summary
The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for supporting the managing physician in treatment and facilitating
the recovery of patients. The Physician Assistant will work under the direction of the managing physician
and will treat a diverse set of patients, providing care and encouragement through their healing process.
Essential Functions
- Providing care to all patients with or without the managing physician.
- Performing initial examinations of patients.
- Providing patients with health promotion, prevention, and treatment plans.
- Completing billing notes at the end of each clinic day.
- Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
- Updating patient records on the EMR system.
- Prescribe and refill medications as advised by the managing physician.
- Reviewing the patient history and identifying abnormal conditions.
- Monitoring patient progress and keeping records of treatments.
- Independent study on products, services, and care administered to patients in the facility.
- Providing excellent customer service to all patients.
- Cultivating a climate of trust and compassion for patients.
- Collaborating effectively with team members of various specializations.
- Perform other medical duties as necessary.

Qualifications
- MSc in Nursing.
- Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license required.
- One year of nurse practitioner experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work rotating weekends, if needed.
