Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform salon services & consultations when needed

Oversee daily salon operations.

Provide excellent customer service.

Ensure salon meets all health and safety standards.

Train salon staff on hygiene, proper use of equipment, services their initial onboarding..

Oversee salon sales process (buying products, inventory management, ordering supplies, etc.).

Oversee scheduling of clients, as well as managing the client experience.

Maintain a clean and inviting salon environment.

Respond to client concerns or requests in a timely, professional manner.

Respond to client complaints / redos in a timely, professional manner.
-
Respond to client requests in a timely, professional manner.
-
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Ensure team members are in uniform standards

Check stylist open / close forms per shift

Hiring / Firing

Team Member Schedule

Team member Discipline

Monthly Check Ins

Recruiting as needed

Communicate with Social Media Team when a stylist is ready to be on camera

Quarterly check ins for uniforms, capes

Ban clients - add notes when banning
Experience and Qualifications
- At least 1 year of Management experience (salon owner or manager), or 5+ years experience as a Stylist.

Proven sales experience ( Salon Manager).

Experience in the beauty industry is preferred but not required! We will train you to be successful in your new role with NappStar!
