Summary
CSM/Adamax, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support the warehouse operation. The ideal candidate will be a solution-driven individual with an high sense of urgency focused on responsibilities pertaining to replenishment and inventory control. Some responsibilities include consolidation, cycle counting, processing returns, transferring product from bulk warehouse to primary warehouse, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish primary pick locations and min/max numbers for new and existing products to drive the daily replenishment report.
- Leverage order data to define product volume to determine appropriate size/space for pick locations.
- Utilize the daily replenishment report to prioritize replenishment of primary pick locations.
- Primary point of contact to verify the accuracy and thoroughness of LTL orders.
- Create, execute, and review cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Promote a daily positive, professional dialogue amongst the team.
- Become ERP/WMS and associated systems "super-user".
- Decisive urgency and reactiveness with daily challenges. A+ communication to accountable parties.
- Key Stakeholder in root cause analysis and development of improved solution(s). Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisor on revising or creating standard operating procedures related to day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Deliver proper training for new team members. Execute recurrent training for existing team-members as need is identified.
What you will need to succeed
- Minimum of 2 years leading/supervising experience in a warehouse, distribution center, operations, or other related environment
- 3+ years advanced knowledge of ERP/WMS, RF/Scanner devices, MS Office, MS Teams, etc.
- A friendly and positive "Can Do" attitude, superb attention to detail, high sense of urgency, ability to prioritize and follow through to completion.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills. Fosters collaboration, especially with Operations and Warehouse teams. Ability to translate complex problems clearly and in non-technical terms.
- Tenacity and desire for efficiency and improvement both for others and self.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and be moving around the warehouse majority of the day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
