We are looking for a talented Content Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us elevate our marketing efforts to the next level!

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including organic and paid content, to enhance brand presence and engage decision-makers at ad agencies, brands, streaming publishers, and local TV station groups.

Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various platforms including blogs, social media, newsletters, and our website.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality content that drives traffic and engagement.

Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, webinars, and trade shows.

Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and attendee communications.

Ensure all events are aligned with our brand messaging and marketing objectives.

Craft compelling B2B advertising copy that speaks to our target audience and drives conversions.

Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

Work closely with our PR agency to develop and implement effective public relations strategies.

Draft press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.

Help manage media relations, including pitching stories and coordinating interviews.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in marketing, particularly at a media/advertising company.

Experience with content marketing, social media management, events marketing, B2B marketing, SEO, and PR.

Proven experience working on social media campaigns, managing events, and working with PR agencies. Managing paid media relations is a plus.

Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to create compelling content.

Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, content management systems, and SEO tools.

Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary of $60,000-$75,000 and an excellent benefits package (including but not limited to health care benefits, retirement benefits and paid days off).
