- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational program
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development
- Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, behavior, and academic progress
```Experience:```
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Associates degree related field preferred
- Current students in Early Childhood Education program are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with special education strategies and techniques
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to effectively manage behavior and promote positive social interactions
- Understanding of early intervention strategies for children with special needs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
