WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
As our Office Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our customer service operations, billing, accounts receivable, account management, handling incoming calls and assisting customers who visit our office. From answering inquiries to providing advice, you'll be the friendly voice and face of our company. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM AN OFFICE MANAGER?
We're looking for someone who can take after-hours phone calls to schedule and dispatch the on-call technician one or two weekends a month once you are trained while meeting the following qualifications:

Proficiency in filing, emailing, and data entry tasks

Internet-savvy

Ability to learn new systems

Account management
-
Billing as well as some A/R

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Willingness to travel to Phoenix, Prescott Valley, and Wittmann

Willingness to travel locally and possibly out of town for trade or business training.
Being bilingual would be a plus!
