We are adding experienced Mechanical Engineers to our team so we can increase focus on innovation, development, and internal/external customer support.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems ensuring quality and cost effectiveness.
- Manage design projects including timelines, milestones, and R&D tracking.
- Execute customer specific orders that require Engineering.
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA), computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and other simulations to validate and optimize designs.
- Create technical documentation, including drawings, manuals, and specifications.
- Stay up to date on new components and products in the industry.
- Enter and maintain product bill of materials in the ERP system.
- Support production and customers by providing technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Solid Works or other 3D design software.
- Experience with AutoCAD or other 2D drawing software.
- Experienced in fabrication of mechanical designs.
- Knowledge of engineering theory and design.
- Knowledge of industrial power systems is a plus.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to relate with all levels within the organization in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal & written), and organizational skills.
