Job Description
This role manages and leads the day-to-day responsibilities involved in moderately complex deployments of operational improvements. Deployments of moderate complexity may be augmented by third party support, or leverage insights from previous deployments in order to scale up deployed sites across a particular business. This role ensures timely completion of key deployment phases, and addresses complex concerns raised by change agents or business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:

Develops strong understanding of the business in which operational improvements are deployed

Leads the synthesis and interpretation of business data to identify key areas of opportunity

Leads the development of potential solutions to the business s identified areas of opportunity

Leverages holistic understanding of the business when making recommendations

Leads change agents and business through all phases of moderately complex project deployment

Clearly articulates the need for change and how it will benefit the business

Effectively addresses resistance to change across all levels of leadership

Coaches change agents and all levels of business leadership on the implementation of CI concepts

Manages work schedules to accommodate needs of change agents

Education and Experience:

4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $69,200 - 123,800 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
