The Center for Fully Functional Health is hiring experienced, fulltime Medical Receptionist support for our state-of-the-art Functional Medicine practice and MedSpa. If you are an enthusiastic and committed professional with at least 2-3 years experience in a medical practice, we would love to hear from you!
As our Front Office Medical Receptionist, you inform and guide patients, performing vital administrative tasks that support their care. This means conversing with patients in person, on the phone, and electronically; answering their questions courteously and thoroughly; and ensuring they are scheduled and billed correctly. You are also responsible for escorting patients to services and helping explain treatment packages as needed.
The work takes place in our Carmel, IN, office Monday through Thursday, 36 hours per week, and includes paid time off, free MedSpa services, and a generous benefits package. To succeed in this position, you will need experience in a medical environment, excellent communication skills, and the strongest attention to detail. Follow-through and a positive attitude are also a must. Our physicians and staff enjoy each other and our work, and we are looking for a new team member who will come with a smile, excited about the day ahead.
We need a reliable individual who enjoys an energetic work environment. That is not code for being overworked! But we are a growing, thriving practice serving many patients, and you can expect your days to be full. If you enjoy ticking items off a checklist and finding new ways to be efficient, this position is for you. Our physicians will offer consistent support, appreciation, and direction, but we never micromanage.
We believe strongly in our mission to provide hope and healing to our patients. The Front Office Medical Receptionist role is integral in maintaining a smooth, comfortable patient experience and ensuring our clinicians have the information they need to provide outstanding care. If you have at least 3-4 years experience as a Medical Receptionist or other patient-facing administrative role and are looking for a stable position in a top-tier medical practice, please apply!
