- Develops and maintains project schedules, labor and material cost budgets to meet project completion schedules and cost budgets as directed. This may include multiple projects at one time based on size and duration.
- Responsible for managing multiple employees on different projects.
- Proficient at identifying and initiating work-around procedures in supporting crew productivity during delays.
- Work as primary liaison with customers is an excellent communicator able interface regularly with Customers, architects, Construction Managers, General Contractor on contractual, financial, cost accounting, scheduling, technical, and other areas related to the projects under his or her responsibility.
- Responsible for the development of detailed status reports containing financial results, physical progress, productivity schedule, and other issues, changes in scope etc. for projects under his/her responsibility.
- Directs multiple employees in realizing changes to the scope of work for projects under his/her responsibility.
- Responsible for preparing written proposals, including material and labor estimates.
- Develop relationships with local vendors and subcontractors.
- Manage onsite vendors and subcontractors to ensure the level of performance is within project scope.
- Constantly checks projects for P&L margins to meet or exceed estimates.
- Ensures the quality of workmanship, safety, and documentation per project. Performs at least one, Quality, and safety contact observation on each project weekly.
- If required, initiates disciplinary action for those employees working under him or her.
- Exhibits a superior ability to work independently performing site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or quality assurance. Provides documentation, reports, and information to operations as directed.
- Initiates and monitors installation standards, and technical and supervisory training (OJT) sessions for Technicians and junior crewmembers.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
