We are seeking a full-time Intake and Human Resource Coordinator to join our growing team in Nassau County, NY. We provide in home services for seniors through out the five boroughs and Long Island.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and provide assistance to callers- Collect patient information and enter it into the system. Follow up with new clients, set up in person meetings with clients to introduce care services.
Must be friendly, kind, compassionate and outgoing.
Schedule Nursing appointments for patients- Communicate with medical staff regarding patient needs
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting-
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
