Position Summary
The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will oversee the activities of the quality assurance staff. This role will be required to oversee all aspects of software and product testing within the company. This may include developing test strategies, drawing up test documents, identifying faults, and reviewing QA reports.

- Meets with software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters
- Contributes to the QA team in designing QA test procedures
- Creates documentation of testing and other related work products
- Collaborates with developers, users and other contributors
- Implements testing procedures and oversees the QA process
- Troubleshoots quality issues and modifies test procedures
- Conducts analysis checks on product specifications
- Contributes to the successful deployment of software and systems
- Responds to request from the design team and management
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Software Quality Assurance
- Experience in QA Automation
- Experience in analytics
- High-level problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to manage projects
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office and other productivity software and collaboration tools
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience as a QA engineer
- Managerial experience preferred

Pay: $96,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
