We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. This position can be remote or office-based, providing flexibility for our employees. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests
Providing information about products and services
Resolving customer complaints and issues
Documenting all customer interactions in the system
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
