Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for in-person meetings.
- Follow up on leads from various sources including referrals, networking events, and marketing campaigns.
- Prospecting:
- Identify and research potential new clients and business opportunities.
- Conduct in-person visits to potential clients to introduce our services.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
- Sales Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Clearly articulate the benefits and value of our services to potential clients.
- Address client objections and provide solutions to close sales effectively.
- Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to support their business growth.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Market Awareness:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Share insights and feedback with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and offerings.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a B2B Sales Representative or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to identify client needs and present solutions effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for in-person meetings.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in selling services related to marketing, visibility enhancement, or business growth solutions.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
