Position Overview:
This role will successfully establish and direct relationships with key high school personnel including Instructors, Counselors, Directors, Superintendents, and Administrators in the public, private and charter school sectors to open up markets for our Admissions Representatives to increase enrollments and position UTI to be industry’s choice for technical training. The position represents UTI at the highest level by presenting workshops and UTI introductory presentations to key business partners.

Responsibilities:
- Innovate and Execute:Lead UTI’s efforts for market expansion and increase accessibility for UTI representatives to represent our programs

Foster Relationships: Form strong alliances with a wide variety of educational institutions to build a broad base of partnerships

Collaborate:

Partner with Campus Presidents and Regional Admissions Directors to build connections between school districts and the respective campuses

Work closely with Admissions and Marketing to provide support for high school access and visits

Provide support for field team through school visits and deliver creative year-round activity suggestions.

Develop and Present:
-
Educator workshops and speak at state and national educator conferences throughout the year.

Ten (10) annual instructor seminars, to include the coordination of sponsorship opportunities.

A minimum of three (3) annual, regional state school counselor association summits.

Write STEM/CTE articles and publications for both the Counselor and Administrator levels
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required

Experience:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in Education.

Minimum five (5) years of management experience preferred.

Strategic Deliverables: Ability to be self-directed and achieve goals without direct supervision. Goal-oriented and results-driven.

Data and Technology knowledge: Gain, understand and apply information and data as it relates to company goals/strategies. Advanced knowledge of personal computer software applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Analyze and report relevant data and make recommendations based on that data.

Management of Personnel Resources: Must possess a self-confident, professional communication and management style that can enliven, engage and positively connect with professionals

Management of Schedule and Budget: Ability to build a complex event schedule. Develop and maintain a complex budget.

Interpersonal skills: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task, communicate and work effectively
