PrimeSource Building Products Inc., one of the nation's largest wholesale distributors of building supply products, has an immediate opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative in our Atlanta market.
This Inside Sales Representative role will be responsible for selling our full line of building products within PrimeSource customer channel over the telephone by performing the following duties:
- developing a pipeline of prospective opportunities via interaction with an existing customer base and a network of prospects
- making outbound lead follow-up calls to sell products and services
- handling inbound sales lead calls to convert into sales
- providing outstanding customer service
- ability to build relationships and close business over the telephone
- additional duties may be assigned.
Qualified candidates must be self-motivated, quota driven and be willing to work as part of a sales team. Requires professional and confident telephone skills. Proficient keyboarding and computer skills also required. We are looking for one to three years of sales or telemarketing experience and/or a combination of education and experience. Any experience in the building materials industry is a big plus!

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Liberal Arts preferred, or 2 - 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge and understanding of CRM systems, Company Reporting Software, Internet Software, Spreadsheet and Word Processing software.
- Knowledge of I-Pad use helpful. SAP, preferred
