A college degree in music is NOT required. (Able to read music notation is required for our music teaching team members) Many of our best teachers are performers who have years of experience, are great with kids, teens, and adults and have a positive outlook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting lessons from Monday through Saturday
- Providing a fun and nurturing environment to help students of all ages develop their musical talents
- Assisting in preparation for student showcases, concerts, workshops, and shows
Requirements:
- Ability to teach one on one, classes, & workshops.
- Strong knowledge of music notation for music teaching team.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred.
- Available to teach Mondays to Fridays 3pm-9pm and Saturdays 10am-5pm.
- Ability to teach multiple instruments viewed quite favorably
- Must be a local resident at time of application
- Minimum 1 year commitment preferred
- Providing a consistent teaching schedule for our students and studio.
- Teaching to the individual student, prioritizing relationships and individual to create positive experiences.
- Maintaining a professional and positive community atmosphere.
