**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office activities and creating a positive work environment. **Responsibilities:** - Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate, and implement new procedures - Manage office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies - Handle general accounting tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll - Maintain a safe and secure working environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best terms for the company - Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance - Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency - Assist in onboarding new hires by providing training materials and overseeing orientation sessions **Skills:** - Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems - Experience with QuickBooks Online - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, clients, and vendors effectively - Knowledge of medical office management is a plus - Ability to manage payroll processes efficiently - Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation - Clerical skills including filing, data entry, and record keeping - Google Drive and Single Ops software in our office.
