GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Promotes MCS Classicare products and services by participating in events and/or formal and informal activities approved by the Medicare Center and Medicaid Services (CMS). Ensures compliance with the requirements established by the regulatory agency. Carries out the pre-qualification process for prospects interested in receiving guidance on MCS Classicare products and services to facilitate the enrollment process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Participates in informal and/or formal activities approved by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on behalf of the company to promote MCS Classicare’s products and/or services, fully complying with Medicare Marketing Guidelines’ parameters and requirements established by CMS.
- Brings the equipment and supplies needed to carry out the assembly and collection on time, before, during, and after each activity/event. This includes assembling tents, tables, tablecloths, chairs, banners, and promotional material, among other requirements this activity might present.
- Serves the public and/or prospects interested in completing the sales appointment confirmation form (scope of appointment) to obtain detailed information about MCS Classicare products that the sales representative will provide, according to CMS’s requirements.
- Ensures that every part of the prospects' scope confirmation form (scope of appointment) is completed, and that the information is legible, clear, and accurate.
- Complies with the minimum number of qualified forms established. Ensures the prospect complies with Part A and/or B of Medicare and validates that the prospect is not already a member of MCS Classicare.
- Delivers material and/or promotional items to those who request them and ensures they have an adequate inventory of promo items for each activity.
- Completes daily activity logs (detail activity logs) for each event they participate in with the relevant details.
- At the end of the day's scheduled activity(ies), reports and delivers the production of cards and the activity log (details activity log) to the region's promoter supervisor.
- Continuously updates their supervisor on the status of the matter, at least at the start, during, and end of the activity.
- Weekly identifies strategic points of sale and presents these options to the region’s promoter supervisor to carry out the authorization and coordination processes.
- Complies fully and consistently with the company standards, policies, and procedures, in conjunction with local and federal laws applicable to our industry, business, and employment practices.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, subject to the education and experience requirements stated in this document.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience Four-year high school diploma. No prior experience is required.

Certifications / Licenses: Valid driver's license from the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
Others: Car in good condition. Works weekends, extended hours, and on rotation (day and night), as required. Available to travel to different points of sale, as assigned.
