Cortica is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its growing team on a full-time basis!

Salary: $79,111 - $98,888
What will you do?
-
Complete Assessment and Treatment plans.
-
Provide clinical and supervisory support to therapy clients and Behavior Interventionists in the pod.

Monitor and update programming aspects of each client’s clinical case.

Organize and analyze data for progress report writing.

Participate in insurance authorization reviews.

Participate in Clinical Integration Meetings for clients on your caseload.
We’d love to hear from you if:

You possess a master’s degree in a Human Services or related field.

You possess a current BCBA certification.
-
You bring some fieldwork experience, working in a home-based and/or clinical setting.

You have a working knowledge of ABA practices and experience working with children diagnosed with Autism.
Your Compensation & Benefits:

$2,000 continuing education stipend.

25 required billable hours per week, with a $55 hourly bonus for any additional billable hours worked.
