Overview:
Newly created position for an experienced Household Manager, this is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is looking for a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless operation of two homes. The Household Manager will provide daily leadership and oversight for the household team, while also working alongside them when and if needed.
We are seeking a dedicated House Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of two private residence (Colorado and California). This is an excellent opportunity for team members that genuinely is passionate about serving people and providing then with excellent household support. The right applicant is detail oriented, highly organized, exceptional multitasking abilities, reliable, proactive, ability to handle personal information with discretion and confidentiality and goes above and beyond, with the ability to juggle a huge range of tasks.
This role will take direction from the principal and will work closely with other staff members, the Household Manager will ensure efficient service is delivered to the principle and her family. The household consists of a very successful husband and wife team (no children or pets).
Responsibilities:
- Exude daily leadership, guiding and empowering the household team to surpass expectations.
- Forge a close collaborative relationship with the Principal, anticipating and fulfilling personal, property, and household requirements with utmost dedication.
- Exercise astute supervision over household staff and vendors, demanding and delivering nothing short of optimal efficiency and service excellence.
- Seamlessly orchestrate events of varying scales, leaving no detail overlooked, while also attending to miscellaneous household duties with finesse.
- Take charge of property preparations for guests, ensuring each residence exudes an ambiance of luxury and refinement, while also overseeing renovation projects to perfection.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of exemplary performance in a similar capacity, ideally within the realm of private family service, showcasing a mastery of the nuances inherent in such a role.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree, a testament to your commitment to excellence and continuous personal and professional development.
- Illuminate your track record of triumphs in household management and event coordination, illustrating your ability to navigate complexities with grace and efficacy.
- Exhibit exceptional prowess in organization, communication, and time management, indispensable qualities in the orchestration of seamless household operations.
- Showcase proficiency in Apple/MacOS and Microsoft Office, essential tools in executing your responsibilities with finesse.
- Embrace flexibility, willingly accommodating occasional evening and weekend commitments, as well as local and out-of-state travel, underscoring your unwavering dedication to serving the needs of our esteemed clientele.

Travel:
- Must have their own vehicle (we will reimburse you for gas when you are running errands or transporting kids) and an impeccable driving record

Must be able to travel locally and out of state as necessary to prepare homes and take care of homes as needed

Local travel: 20% -25%

Out of state travel: 20% -25% (for maintenance and upkeep and to prepare home for visits from Principle and family).
Work week: Typical schedule is M-F, 8:30am - 6:00pm, but flexibility is required. Must be available to work occasional evenings and weekends.
