Position Description:
- Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning, conception, writing, execution, and tracking/reporting of print and digital marketing and communications such as email marketing, social media, and website/app content. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing and will work primarily at our Mount Pleasant location.
Responsibilities:
- Proofing all marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, email marketing, property descriptions, postcards, etc.
- Compose and send corporate email communications in conjunction with the Director of Marketing.
- Manage, design, and execute social media strategies and campaigns on-brand. Provide monthly reporting and recommendations to improve.
- Onboard new agents and assist with new agent marketing materials such as ordering business cards, signs/ riders, website creation/forwarding, etc.
- Make updates to agent and corporate website pages as needed.
- Write and distribute press releases and post articles to the corporate blog.
- Assist with ad design as well as basic photo/video editing.
- Schedule and oversee photo and video shoots as needed.
- Ensure incoming and outgoing materials undergo brand reviews and adhere to brand standards.
- Complete any other support projects or tasks assigned by the Director of Marketing.

- Email platforms: MailChimp
- Website platforms: Godaddy and WordPress; HTML/CSS skills are a plus.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles, including keyword research and Google Analytics, is a plus.
- Design Platforms: Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign and some Photoshop) and familiarity with web design practices.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
