Job Summary – EEO Statistician
This position is in-person, working from our offices in Downtown Denver. This position works closely with our firm’s attorneys and statisticians to conduct analyses of all phases of the employee lifecycle to identify and address barriers to EEO and pay equity. The position entails statistical analyses and testing for adverse trends in employee recruitment, hiring, advancement, retention, and pay.
Essential Functions
· Statistical testing for significant trends in employer recruitment, hiring, advancement, retention, and compensation.
· Linear and logistic regression modeling and hypothesis testing used in employee selection and pay equity assessments.
· Work with clients’ applicant and employee data in Excel spreadsheet format.
· Basic programming/coding tasks.
· Collaborate with attorneys and other team members.
Qualifications/Skills - Required
· Ability to write basic programs/coding to automate repetitive statistical and data tasks.
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency with Excel.
· Proficiency with R, SAS, SPSS, and/or other statistical software.
· Strong project management and organizational skills.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects, from start to finish, with shifting priority levels.
Qualifications/Skills – Strongly Preferred
· Minimum one year experience as a data statistician in a professional environment.
· Experience working with corporate, HR, and/or legal professionals.
Educational Requirements
· MS in Applied Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science required.
Estimated Pay Range and Benefits
· $60,000-$90,000 annually based on experience, expertise, and specialization.
· Benefits include 401K and Health.
