Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of NY state learning standards and assessments
- The ability and commitment to use technology as an instructional tool
- Uncompromising commitment to continuous improvement
- Broad experience with a variety of instructional techniques
- Ability to differentiate instruction for accelerated and delayed learners
- Evidence of strong classroom management skills with age appropriate experiences
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to develop programs and collaborate with and support other staff
- Loyalty and evidence of being a team player
- Commitment to equity and inclusion of all members of the school community
Requirements: NY state teaching certification (strongly preferred)
Prior experience as a substitute teacher
Position Available: September 1, 2024
Salary/Stipend: $181.44 per day
