Job Summary
The Integration Manager, Operations represents the Operations function and manages the integration of Operations standards, processes, and best practices for a newly acquired business division. This role is responsible for the corporate Operations integration workstream and related business goals. The scope includes the management of multiple integration events. Key focus areas include leading change and removing barriers to deliver on timely commitments. Major responsibilities involve working cross-functional, with various corporate and field leaders, processes, and technology to achieve the company’s strategic vision.
Primary Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Leads, maintains, and optimizes, as necessary, the integration structure, calendar, and action plans to ensure effective operations of teams and alignment with the corporate, region, and division strategic priorities.

Examines operational documents during the due diligence process. Documents and records due diligence efforts. Ensures top management is informed of potential issues and opportunities.

Coaches team members, both directly and indirectly, to effectively accept and manage integration workstream goals and plans. Develops contingency plans to address solutions that enable positive business performance.

Partners closely with functional teams including Sales, IT, HR, Finance, and others to drive impactful project planning and execution. Works closely with local leaders to implement integration plans with success.

Develops and assists in managing efforts to achieve the full value of integration.

Maintains open communication and partnerships with external and internal parties to ensure the smooth evaluation and transition of systems, documents, products, and other core components of the acquired business construct.

Provides updates to internal and external stakeholders regarding the status of the acquisition integration plan and workstream assignments.

Monitors progress, identifies issues, and works with teams to problem-solve and develop innovative solutions.

Utilizes project management skills in ensuring adherence to scope, time restraints, budgets, quality expectations, and business value over the short, medium, and long-term

Executes other relevant ad-hoc efforts to support the Integration and Business Strategy team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Has sound knowledge of project management principles, practices, and execution related to large-scale change initiatives.

Knows how integration processes work with acquisitions.

Has effective communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Has high proficiency skills in technology solutions and software.

Ability to lead with situational awareness and get hands-on when required.

Ability to lead successful integrations, drive value, and manage risks. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred.

Field Operations experience is highly recommended for success in this role.
