Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with customers or provide additional information
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Proficient in data entry and using customer service software
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Experience in upselling products or services is beneficial

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
