Description:
The Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and creating digital content to support our marketing strategies. This role involves organizing and updating digital assets, creating engaging content, and coordinating assets to support brand and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be creative with strong organizational skills and a passion for visual storytelling within the furniture industry.
Job Responsibilities:

Manages and systematically updates all digital assets including product images, videos, 3D models, and other digital content, across all platforms and tools to ensure that assets are current and strategically aligned with marketing goals.

Upkeeps and organizes digital asset content libraries and files.

Compiles necessary assets and photography to share with the outside social media agency.

Coordinates with outside agency on social media initiatives and review strategies and analytics to recommend changes or pivots to achieve company goals while ensuring content aligns with our brand.

Updates and maintains marketing collateral to support both digital and in-store campaigns, including schematics templates, email templates, and digital catalogs.

Updates and maintains website imagery and assets.

Supports the upkeep of the internal product information database to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Assists with planning photoshoots for various campaigns and captures behind-the-scenes video and photo content at events.

Creates storyboard ideas and communicates them effectively to the team.

Creates shot lists to ensure that successful and comprehensive content is captured

Coordinates local and remote photo shoot production, including logistics, storyboarding, and design styling contractors.

Streamlines and enhances the production workflow for product photoshoots, ensuring a seamless process from concept to online delivery.

Collaborates with Marketing Manager to plan and prepare content, photos, graphics, and assets for the entire cycle of trade shows and events, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives

Coordinates the creation and distribution of marketing materials for events.

Assists in building and strategizing informational video content

Effectively communicates and collaborates with external partners and stakeholders to guarantee timely and effective execution of marketing materials, leveraging these partnerships to enhance content reach and impact.

Utilizes Monday.com to coordinate projects, track team requests, deliverables, and deadlines
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Nice to have: experience in Premiere and After Effects.

Familiarity with web design tools and best practices (Figma and CMS systems).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies, including SEO.
