Responsibilities/Duties include:
- Scheduling and conducting appointments for rentals and sales
- Coordinating application and lease paperwork
- Organizing approved rentals and seeing process through up until move-in-date with questions, payments, and key pick-up
- Working in a team focused environment
Qualifications:
- Self-motived
- Knowledge of the greater Boston area is a huge plus
- 1-2 Years experience working in an office environment
-Real estate knowledge in the greater Boston area
-Calendar management skills are required
