fullthrottle.ai is looking for an experienced Sales Professional focusing on strategic partnerships at the Tier 3 level in Automotive who loves the idea of growing a business through partner relationships! The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving new business relationships, which will develop a robust partner ecosystem to deliver value to customers and their business partners. The focus is to drive revenue. This is a hands-on hunter role. This role is ideal for a person who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and prospect to build their pipeline.
The fullthrottle.ai Regional Sales Manager – Automotive Specialist is responsible for developing strategies, sourcing/prospecting, and negotiating high-impact partnerships to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will enable fullthrottle.ai to make inroads with new customers and partner ecosystems through executive-level relationships designed to multiply the value of our product. They will work closely with various cross-functional internal teams and be a key driver toward advancing our vision and contributing to our revenue targets.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead overall partnership strategy with the expected outcome of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Understands the competitive landscape and assesses strategic opportunities
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Evaluate and prioritize partnership opportunities, establishing KPIs that will determine the ultimate success of the partnerships
- Manage a portfolio of potential strategic partners, including sourcing/prospecting, negotiating, signing, and launching deals
- Create mutual success for customers and partners through innovative solutions that leverage Full Throttle’s unique capabilities
- Track, report, and manage alliance business performance (leads, pipeline, and bookings)
- Collaborate with internal teams (Channel Sales, Customer Success, Product) to drive more partner-sourced revenue
- Build relationships with potential clients and decision-makers
- Articulate strategic value of FullThrottle’s technology products to both the channel partners and end-user clients
- Connect with potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
- Provide follow-up on inbound marketing opportunities
- Design, evaluate, and pursue new partnerships and strategic alliances with various industry players
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
- 5+ years of Ad Tech/Mar Tech or relevant SaaS sales experience
- Partnerships and/or Business Development experience, startup experience a plus
Skills & Experience:
- Broad high-tech industry knowledge with familiarity in SaaS, the sales technology landscape, the Salesforce ecosystem, and/or sales engagement platforms preferred
- AdTech or MarTech sales experience
- Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including senior executives, and an understanding of enterprise decision-making
- A proven ability to exceed targets and generate pipeline and revenue leveraging partner relationships
- Strong analytical skills and strategic acumen
- Demonstrated hands-on execution abilities
- Strong negotiation & deal-making skills are a must
- Proven ability to think creatively and strategically while handling complex issues
- Exceptional written and spoken communications skills required to build and maintain excellent client & internal relationships
- Outstanding interpersonal capabilities and ability to interface with all levels of an organization and navigate various dynamics
- Ability to influence senior executive management, build consensus and work in a team
- Excellent ability to organize, synthesize, and present information
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and follow-through
- Client Management experience with the ability to make cold calls with client decision makers.
