We are a premier collision repair company focused on providing the highest level of quality and customer service to ensure the customer’s “safety is first”. We are currently searching for an experienced Estimator to lead in restoring our customer’s vehicles to pre-accident condition.
Job Summary
Candidate will provide a World Class Customer Service Experience to our Collision Center customers on the phone, in person, and throughout the entire repair process. Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle. Candidate will also be responsible for coordinating communications with all other (internal & external) stakeholders for the repair. Candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide estimates for all drive-in appointments
- Service all insurance accounts in order to maintain those business relationships that are fundamental to the collision business success
- Complete process review with customer
- Perform parts ordering for repair order
- Tracks parts ordered to ensure timely delivery
- Supply reference materials to technicians to ensure proper parts usage
- Have knowledge and stay well-informed of laws and regulations regarding parts installation
- Post repair plan documentation in CCC One and Customer file
- Post insurance and customers payments in CCC One
- Provide post repair plan communication including all vehicle status updates
- Total loss administration
- Final QC, including test drive
- Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring a world class customer service experience
Skills/Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ current experience managing Allstate, State Farm and Other Major Insurance DRP Accounts. Experience must be verifiable.
- Knowledge of other insurance companies DRP procedures and requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of CCC One Estimating software and Parts Trader software
- I-CAR Certification preferred
- Excellent math, reading and business skills
- Organization and multi-tasking skills, good time management and adapt easily to fast-paced environment
- Must assume responsibility for accuracy and timeliness of work product
- Strong sales orientation
- Personable, friendly demeanor with “World Class” customer service approach
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
- Must be able to pass thorough background check.
