We've got an incredible opportunity for an enthusiastic IT Communication Specialist to be the voice behind our cutting-edge technology rollouts with our client, one of the largest privately owned companies in the country! This role is a
year long contract and is hybrid with two different locations in St Louis you would be visiting regularly. If you're passionate about crafting compelling messages, creating eye-catching graphics, and building bridges between tech and our fantastic team, this role might be your perfect fit.
What You'll Do:
- You'll be our communication maestro, orchestrating strategies that resonate with employees, stakeholders, and customers. You'll craft emails that people actually want to read, design graphics that leap off the screen, and forge relationships that feel like a team-building retreat.
- Create employee communications and digital newsletters to promote technical initiatives.
- Weave magic using Adobe Creative Suite to conjure graphics that pop and sizzle.
- Act as the liaison between internal customers and project teams.
- Work hand-in-hand with leaders to shape and promote messages aligning with the company’s brand while promoting the IT value.
- Analyze communications' performance and find ways to improve
Who You Are:
- 3+ years in communications, marketing, and project management roles, ideally for a large organization
- 3+ years’ experience in graphic design and business writing (along with the ability to proofread and edit)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design softwares
- You are able to see the big picture, think critically, and communicate effectively with internal and external parties at a fast pace
Bonuses:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field (Master's would be a cherry on top)
- Experience wielding the powers of Organizational Change Management and SharePoint
- You know your way around video storyboarding, recording, and editing
