Responsibilities of a Client Support Representative role:
- Educate oneself on all assigned client product and service offerings to be able to accurately and adequately engage with customers directly throughout the sales process
- Build and cultivate a long-lasting relationship with each client and individual consumer during and after the sales process to reinforce brand loyalty with the client
- Support the sales team, and other Client Support Representatives to effectively implement marketing strategies daily to lead to targets laid out by clients are met within a timely manner
- Identify holes or vulnerabilities throughout our sales processes to further bolster acquisition and efficiencies with ongoing consumer brand loyalty
- Analyze marketing trends to support clients and better understand who the target audience is and how to stand out against competitors
- Report sales, customer acquisition, and stick-ratio metrics back to upper-level management on the success of specific implemented initiatives to forecast the success of strategies moving forward
Requires of a Client Support Representative specialist:
- 1-2 years of Client Support and/or sales experience required
- A professional, courteous, and upbeat, friendly demeanor with collaborating with other Client Support Representative team members and consumers
- Progressive and open-minded with eagerness to learn, innovate, and be a forward thinker
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are utilized daily when interacting with customers and clients
- A highly organized and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
