Education/Experience/Certification:
- Minimum of High School Diploma, 2 year degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Provides information by answering HR related questions.
- Maintains human resources records by maintaining applications, resumes, and applicant logs.
- Verifies candidates background by contacting references.
- Onboards new employees by issuing forms and applications; verifying completion.
- Conducts new associate orientations.
- Helps employees by explaining benefit programs.
- Complete I9 verification.
- Must follow labor and employment laws and take courses as needed to stay up-to-date.
- Maintains manager and employee confidence by keeping human resources information confidential.
- Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.
