Our Customer Service Representative position offers the opportunity for long-term career advancement for those who choose to become part of our amazing team.
Here’s just some of what you’ll do in this role:
- Our Customer Service Team handles inbound and outbound calls. Offering 5 Star customer service to all of our customers.
- Deliver world-class customer service, while responding to Customer inquiries and concerns via multiple channels (calls, email, mobile messaging)
- Build meaningful relationships with our customers through a consultative approach, understanding their current and future needs, providing first contact resolution, and negotiating a positive outcome for the Customer and Rack Electric.
- Meet and exceed quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets
- Document necessary information, Verify and or update important customer information such as payment details, Customers change of details, change of address, phone number and or email address.
- Additional responsibilities include:
- Process new customer requests; delivered via voicemail, incoming calls, emails.
- Process all customer information and update all contact information for clients as necessary.
- Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied.
- Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary.
- Arranges appointments with clients to ensure all leads are booked.
- Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
- Responsible for daily reporting, Individual and Team KPIs

Other Requirements:
Preferred Skills:
- 2 Years inbound / Outbound Call Center experience.
- Previous Experience with Service Titan, Trello, Podium, Excel spreadsheets, Data entry.
- Demonstrate personal excellence by remaining positive in difficult situations.
- Display a passion to serve by delivering outstanding customer service in every interaction with our customers.
- The ability and resilience to work in a dynamic environment as well as multitask, using multiple systems and tools to service our customers.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, verbal and written skills
