- Serve as a customer advocate within the program, ensuring proactive communication and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Standardize and implement a lead tracking report to monitor KPI’s and assess the performance of the account management team
- Analyze data and customer feedback to provide regular program management updates on the status of key accounts, highlighting achievements, areas of opportunity, and strategic plans For continuous improvement and growth
- Partner with program management and leadership to develop strategy and provide solutions that informs outreach, marketing, external training and education, and other key program activities which drive goal achievement
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…
- 3 -5 yrs of experience in account management, with a track record of successful client retention and revenue growth.
- Prior experience leading a team and possess strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute effective account plans.
- Proven track record of creating successful customer engagement strategies and campaigns.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.
- Curiosity for the energy industry and a passion for driving changes in the way people use energy
- Ability to understand and effectively articulate technical concepts to various audiences
Candidate must reside in Michigan.
