We are a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) company that provides online marketing and advertising services to our clients. We believe in separating ourselves from other agencies in the industry by building relationships with our clients and delivering exceptional customer support at all times.
We’re in need of a representative that can build relationships with our clients and help resolve issues that come up. Some of the items that need to be resolved include but are not limited to:
- Onboarding new clients
- Google Business Profile reinstatements
- Taking down website edits and getting them to the appropriate team
- Going through email accounts to find possible suspensions and communication responses from the Google Business support team
- Notifying clients that reinstatements have been resolved
- Notifying clients that website edits have been completed

Skills required:
- General computer knowledge (Proficient in typing, emails, general navigation on internet browser, etc)
- Social Skills (being able to appropriately navigate conversations with clients on the phone)
Required job history experience:
- 1 year of office experience
Paid training for use of all applications, systems, CRM, and processes done in house. No previous experience in the industry required.
Work schedule is Monday - Friday 7AM - 3:30PM (40 hours/week)
Pay is $17 per hour
Our office is located in Santa Ana, CA near where the 55 freeway meets the 5 freeway.
