Summary
The Systems Engineer will be an integral part of our development team, analyzing, designing, and testing systems-level requirements for military simulations. Works to establish requirements using defined engineering processes.
Essential Functions

- Review and analyze government furnished information (GFI)
- Develop, implement and maintain system level requirements
- Document, track and manage all project tasks
- Coordinate resolution of identified discrepancy issues
- Perform government developmental testing events
Desired Skills and Requirements
- Experience with software and/or training development processes
- Knowledge of AGILE development
- Experience developing U.S. military modeling, simulation, and training systems
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience in a task management and issue tracking system
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. This is not a remote/telework position.
Travel
This position has limited travel requirements for data gathering and test events.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in related field or other relevant experience.
4-7 years of experience of systems design and/or engineering.
Preferred Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Modeling & Simulation, Instructional Design, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Engineering Management, Computer Science or other relevant degree.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Must be a US Citizen
