Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive capital-raising strategies.
- Build strong relationships with accredited investors, wealth advisors, and family offices.
- Present investment opportunities and fund information to investors in a clear and compelling manner.
- Work closely with the fund managers and other team members to ensure that capital-raising activities align with the fund's goals and objectives.
- Help develop marketing material and investor presentations to support capital raising effort
- Stay informed of market trends and regulatory changes that may impact the fund or investment strategies.
- Represent Rising Phoenix Capital at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in capital raising in the oil/gas and/or real estate sectors.
- Strong network of contacts among accredited investors, oil/gas and real estate community
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or CFA is a plus.
- Experience in financial services, investment management, private banking, financial technology, commercial real estate, or a similar field (Preferably holding a Series 7 or Series 63 License)

- Grow our Client Base: Lead the charge in expanding our client base by targeting high-net-worth individuals, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, registered investment advisors, and institutional investors. Showcase our value proposition and effectively communicate how we address our client's needs and challenges
- Fundraising Success: Drive our capital-raising efforts for oil & gas royalty and real estate deals, ensuring timely and successful transaction closures. Utilize your expertise and network to secure investments from qualified investors, leveraging our platform
- Brand Ambassador: Serve as a brand ambassador for Rising Phoenix Resources, embodying our core values and strengthening our reputation. Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential and existing investors, fostering trust and confidence in our investment opportunities
- Investor Presentations: Deliver compelling and informative presentations to investors, showcasing the benefits of investing with Rising Phoenix. Articulate our investment strategies and demonstrate how our offerings align with investors' financial goals
- Networking and Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers, strategic partners, clients, and investors. Actively participate in conventions, industry events, and seminars to enhance our visibility and expand our network
- Financial Strategy and Marketing: Develop clear and measurable goals, report progress regularly, and implement effective marketing strategies. Stay informed about industry developments and monitor competitor products to inform our business and marketing initiatives
- Data Integrity and CRM Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data integrity in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system. Input investor leads, maintain records of activity, and track next actions to maximize efficiency and improve conversion rates
- Results-Oriented Approach: Drive results by closely monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as total capital raised, number of investors, new investor acquisitions, and investor presentations. Continuously seek opportunities to improve investor marketing return on investment (ROI)
