Burke’s Restoration is seeking a Director of Sales to join our post Falls, ID team. The Director of Sales is responsible for building a high functioning team of value driven individuals that clearly understand and execute our services in a manner that consistently produces satisfied customers and profitable projects. Preparing and executing the overall strategic plan for business development for a variety of vertical markets such as multifamily, senior living, hospitality, insurance agencies, higher education, and facility managers, etc. A strong focus on managing daily sales operations and achieve established sales and profitability goals.All aspects of the day-to-day operation will be assessed and aligned to our core values to be professional, efficient, customer focused, and rewarding for all stakeholders.

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Experience with a multi-state, multi-site, multi-lines-of-business company required
- Experience in reconstruction or similar service company using job costing strongly preferred
- Five or more years of experience in sales or marketing
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position will supervise multiple Business Development Managers
- Work directly with Business Development Managers to lead sales strategies and build a collaborative partnership.
- Train and develop all direct reports.
- Manage and mentor the Business Development Managers.
- Coach Business Development Managers on how to generate new commercial leads, identify, and contact decision makers, and utilize consultative selling skills to uncover motive & pain.
- Coach how to build long-term relationships following the sale.
- Conduct performance and merit reviews.
Essential Functions:
- Manage daily sales operations and achieve established sales and profitability goals.
- Execute regional sales plans that align with the company’s growth strategy.
- Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and by establishing training programs for sales representatives
- Leverage customer relationship management (CRM) software to track initiatives, customer engagements, and deliverables.
- Analyze the local market and suggest new products, services, and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction, increase market share, and drive engagement to create loyalty with customers.
- Work closely with the Senior Vice President of Marketing to ensure the overarching promotional strategy and overall sales plan aligns with the goals of the organization.
- Actively participate in local organizations and networking opportunities that support business development.
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
- Rare day or overnight travel to the company’s various locations
Work Environment
May work partially indoors in an office environment. Frequent exposure to weather, extreme heat or cold, noise intensity level, atmospheric conditions, and any other applicable environmental conditions. Requires the use of protective equipment such as a hard hat. Sometimes exposed to hazardous materials such as mold, chemicals, or biohazardous materials. Often works in structures with no heating or cooling such as unfinished homes or buildings. Regularly visits job sites in a truck which is considered a traveling office. Frequent travel to multiple job sites

Salary: 80,000-$90,000 plus commission
