Job Description:
As an Accounting Clerk at Del Toro Insurance Agency, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring accuracy in all transactions. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable tasks.
- Processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Reconciling bank statements and other financial records.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Generating financial reports and providing support for audits.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Performing general administrative tasks to support the finance team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
