The Challenge:
As a Customer Success Manager – Data Center, you'll play a crucial role in growing our revenue base. The role of Customer Success is to build relationships and contribute to the overall success of our customers through providing assistance and helping them recognize value of our products. You will be a relationship steward.
Essential Position Duties & Responsibilities:
- 50% of your time will be on:
- Outbound calls, to drives a quick ramp-up of new customers and promote our complete portfolio with existing customers.
- Build and maintain relationships within target accounts, to become a trusted partner.
- Cultivate strong relationships to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- 50% of your time will be on:
- Inbound calls.
- Creating quotes for new and or existing customers.
- Lead customer engagement, support a clear value framework, and foster communications and relationships across their organization and ours.
- Follow established sales processes and procedures and ensuring excellent CRM hygiene.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 5-7 years of experience as inside sales selling industrial products and/or services to customers, with a preference for experience in the datacenter industry.
- Proven success in achieving expansion (cross-selling) quotas.
- Strong solution-selling skills and the ability to construct compelling proposals.
- Motivational speaking experience.
- Fluency in English is essential.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or combination of some college and 5-7 years industry experience preferred.
- Proven track record of success as inside sales or customer success manager.
- Experience in managing and maintaining CRM tools, with a preference for experience with HubSpot.
