Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess strong leadership qualities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all areas of the restaurant including front-of-house, back-of-house, and bar operations
- Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction
- Supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and support
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and adherence to quality standards
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability
Skills:
- Proven experience in kitchen management, food service, cash handling, and inventory management
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and kitchen procedures
- Bartending experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is preferred
- Passion for coffee and experience in coffee preparation would be advantageous
