WHAT IS A GOO GOO GUEST ASSOCIATE?
Our Goo Goo Guest Associates are responsible for interacting and engaging with the guests. Responsibilities will include welcoming and greeting guests, initiate conversations, answer questions, making custom Goo Goo premiums, assist with the Design Your Own Goo Goo kiosks, merchandise sales, restock, operate register, and sharing the story of Goo Goo while they are visiting.
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Be a brand ambassador of Goo Goo Cluster by providing knowledge of history and products sold.
Provide a pleasant and memorable experience to each guest personally representing Goo Goo Cluster’s core values and purpose.
Excite guests about their custom creations by demonstrating a passion for chocolate,clean working methodology and holding yourself to a high-quality standard.Duties and Responsibilities
Follow standard operating procedures and complete all tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
Maintain cleanliness of the store and replenish merchandise as it is sold.
Educate self on new product features and benefits that is part of sales training.
Acknowledge all guests and be attentive.
Interact with guests by assisting them in locating products, demonstrating product features and benefits where applicable, and by offering suggestions and alternatives.
Assist team members and guests with checkout to ensure fast and accurate service.
Maintain the proper display of products ensuring they comply with store’s image andquality standards.
Provide ongoing updates to General Manager regarding guest feedback and complaints.
Ensure the daily set up of workstations and equipment are efficiently executed, as well as the end of day general cleaning and daily deep cleaning duties.
Monitor quality control of all products and ingredients by following recipes and instructions, tasting product, maintaining proper date-coding procedures,inventory and stock rotation, and proper receiving and storing of delivered goods.
Operate the point of sales adhering to all sales transactions policies and protocols.
Ensure DYO (Design Your Own) area is to health code standards for cleanliness and sanitation set by local and state law.
Use safe work practices to eliminate slips, trips and falls.
Never operate equipment without proper training and knowledge and notify General Manager immediately of any damaged equipment, hazardous conditions, or unsafe behavior.
Requirements:
Must have or obtain food handler’s permit and TABC server permit within 30days of employment.
