Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
- Assist with computer networking setup and maintenance.
- Conduct desktop support for various operating systems including Windows and Mac OS.
- Configure and troubleshoot VPN, firewall, and other network security protocols.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing software and hardware troubleshooting needs.
Qualifications
- Technical support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of computer networking and IT support
- Familiarity with desktop support, VPN, and firewall systems
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues
- Experience with Mac OS, customer service, and computer hardware
