Sales Representative
- Hartford, New Haven, or New London
- 100% Commission–1099 SDR
Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Conduct 40+ B2B onsite cold calls daily, driven by your planning and CRM tools provided to you
- Pipeline Management: Generate and cultivate a robust pipeline of leads.
- Sales Cycle: Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Exceed Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.
Qualifications
- Hunter / Helper Mentality: We’re looking for driven, adaptable individuals who not only thrive on the thrill of a sale but also excel in nurturing client relationships, combining a passion for achievement with a commitment to consultative solutions.
- Self-Driven: As a 1099 sales rep, you’ll enjoy flexibility but must be self-disciplined.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Sales Rabbit) is essential.
- Training and Support: Full field training and ongoing support provided by Field Solutions, Inc. and our client.
- Uncapped Earning Potential: Our reps are expected to make $2,300 per week or $120,000 per year to meet our base goals. High performers will maximize their income with unlimited earning potential.
Additional Considerations
- Independence:: Enjoy freedom to schedule your 40 calls per day but remember that if you’re not working, you’re not earning. Consistent performance is expected and required.
