We are a small, family owned and operated business in the San Francisco Bay area. We have been providing dependable fire extinguisher service from Gilroy to San Francisco for 50+ years. We are in need of reliable, licensed, and experienced technicians to help us grow our business.
Duties:
- · Inspect all types of fire extinguishers
- · Perform 6 year maintenance
- · Install, relocate, replace, repair fire equipment
- · Communicate with customers and sell required services to ensure fire equipment compliance
- · Be able to work independently in company vehicle, handle invoicing and appointments
- · Keep service vehicle clean, organized and well stocked
- · Complete all work as scheduled
- · Must be willing to drive to multiple locations
Qualifications:
- · State of California FE Type 1 License is a minimum requirement
- · Strong verbal and written communications skills
- · organized, motivated, and able to work with minimum supervision
- · Be able to lift and carry 50 pounds WHEN NEEDED
- · Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- · Have a valid California Drivers license
- · Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- · Having a working cell phone
- · Have the motivation to gain the knowledge and experience needed to eventually become fully independent and able to train others
- · A reliable vehicle, truck or van highly preferred

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
