Overview:
This is an incredibly exciting time to join another box story and an opportunity for an ambitious senior project manager to help shape a new role within the company. A senior project manager wears many hats, working with a hands-on approach. You will collaborate with teams across the company to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard, break the mold and exceed client expectations. A successful candidate will balance creative thinking with commercial talent: someone who has a finger on the pulse of culture, creativity & design, that can prioritise budget management and project deadlines. This role demands a proactive leader who will not only ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards but will also actively contribute to business development efforts previous experience with gifting & production in the fashion, beauty & lifestyle landscape is preferable, but we welcome candidates with project management experience across industries.
Duties:
Project oversight: Lead the entire lifecycle of projects from the briefing stage through to completion. Manage critical paths, budgets, product sourcing, and oversee production and fulfilment. Liaison with project managers, coordinators and creative teams to ensure the brief, design, fulfilment and execution of projects are cohesively managed.
Client relations & business development: As a primary point of contact, cultivate strong client relationships and explore new business opportunities with existing and potential clients. Collaborate with the client director to expand our client base and enhance revenue growth.
Pitching and marketing: Understanding our clients and the business offering thoroughly to provide meaningful input to collateral and pitches. Contribute to the development and refinement of marketing materials and campaigns for the company.
Team leadership: Direct line management of the project manager and coordinator, mentoring and supporting the team to achieve project and personal objectives. Work closely with internal teams to maintain an effective level of communication and ensure cohesive project execution.
Financial and logistical management: Responsible for budget management, negotiating costs with suppliers, and managing inventory for projects and office needs. Ensure all financial documentation is accurate and provided to the finance team.
A d – hoc:
Enthusiastically take on ad - hoc tasks that help us improve our workflows, enable us to strengthen the services we offer our clients and that ultimately support company growth
Undertake admin - related/adhoc tasks that a r e necessary in this formative stage of the business
Proactively engage with the gifting landscape, identifying interesting brands, designs, products and manufacturing techniques that we can introduce into our thinking and offering
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years project management experience
- Demonstrable experience managing product inventory
- Experience in a start-up/fast growth environment
- Must be LA-based, non-remote position
- Experience with project management tools /systems (familiarity with monday.com is preferable)
- The ability to brief and collaborate with creatives – setting clear deliverables and deadlines

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
