All American Trailer Connection located in Lake Worth, FL is currently seeking a highly-motivated, knowledgeable, and friendly product specialist to join our sales team. If you enjoy selling and speaking with people and can turn a regular in-person conversation into revenue for the company, we might have the perfect job for you.
As an in-store product specialist you will handle, existing key account relationships, walk-in customers, and “hunt” for new business opportunities in the local community. You should be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, answering all customer questions and concerns regarding our products and helping them make the most informed buying choice possible. You will demonstrate your technical knowledge of our various product options in a friendly and helpful manner, treat potential customers with the utmost respect, and follow up with them, making every effort to close the sale in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:
- Product specialists are responsible for walking customers through the process of purchasing a trailer from start to finish
- Learn and understand different trailers by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.
- Cultivates buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers.
- Turns customers into buyers by matching them with their ideal trailer.
- Qualifies buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching these interests to various trailers models.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, and completing sales and purchasing contracts.
- Work cooperatively with the rest of the team
- Seek self improvement through mentoring and coaching from senior team members
- Log all customer contacts including contact information for follow up into SalesForce
- Follow up with potential customers who showed interest but did not purchase
- Conduct weekly “hunting” for new business in the community
- Conduct weekly social media posts to drive new trailer business
- Assist customers with the purchase of parts and accessories for their trailer
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Trailer or Equipment sales a plus
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (SalesForce)
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Experience in B2B sales
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Able to work cooperatively as part of a team
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Desire to continue to develop skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Command of the English language, bilingual is a plus
- Strong work ethic, self motivated
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times
Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years sales experience is required. Outside sales are even better! Experience in the construction equipment, trailer, or truck industry is a Plus!

Pay: Pay is an annual base salary + bonus.
Salary $75,000 + Bonus Amount Based on Unit and Location Sales Goals
