Summary
We are looking to add a Senior R&D Electrical Engineer to our team. This position will report to the Deputy Director of R&D Circuit.
Responsibilities
- RF, analog/digital PCB circuit board design, from schematic to layout.
- Develop/setup automatic test systems for product verification tests and production tests. Be able to develop or setup testing fixture, evaluation boards and related testing equipment.
- Be able to perform RF/high-speed electrical circuit simulation or modeling.
- Other laser device tests.
- This position will be required to travel about 15% of the time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in a related field with relevant experience is required. Master of Science degree in a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor of Science degree with at least 2 or more years of experience is preferred. Master's or PhD with related course work can be considered in lieu of experience.
- Electronic CAD software such as Altium designer, Cadence or others.
- Experience with Labview for Product Testing is required.
- Knowledge of C/C++/Python is a plus.
- RF, analog/digital PCB circuit design.
- Circuit simulation for high-speed analog/digital circuits.
- Software programming skills for automatic testing.
- Knowledge in optics and lasers is preferred.
Location
This position will be on-site based in Sugar Land, Texas.
